Policies
Payments: the following payment forms are accepted- checks, money orders and paypal
Shipping: All items are shipped with insurance for the amount of the purchase. A shipping quote will be provided prior to final payment request. Customer is responsible for payment of all shipping costs and in some instances a handling fee if included in the item description. All return shipping and handling expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns: All returns must be pre-approved. Customer has three days from receipt of the item(s) to contact us regarding issues which may result in a return. No returns are accepted due to customer remorse. Items must be returned in the condition received and via the original shipping manner including insurance. All returns must be received within 10 days of return approval.
Layaways: Six(6) weeks is the usual duration for layaways. Please request any other arrangements beyond this time frame prior to purchase. No special arrangements will be allowed after the initial payment is received. A deposit of 30% of the total price is required to place the item on hold. The remaining balance is to be paid per the agreement terms. Payments must be paid regularly and on time. If the layaway is not completed on schedule, the item(s) will be returned to stock. A refund will be issued as store credit less a restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase price. No cash refunds. Returns are not permitted on layaway items.
